Clinical Services

At Grounded Stars LLC, we offer clinical group and individual therapy services that create safe, culturally responsive spaces for youth to heal, connect, and grow.

Our clinical sessions are all led by licensed mental health professionals who bring trauma-informed care and deep cultural awareness into every session.

Our group sessions are designed for youth who benefit from peer-based connection, guided emotional exploration, and creative expression. Group therapy provides a powerful alternative or complement to individual counseling, helping young people realize they are not alone in their experiences.

Individual clinical sessions provide that necessary one-on-one time, outside of group settings.

All sessions are conducted virtually through HIPAA-compliant platforms and follow best practices for clinical care, age-appropriateness, and emotional safety.

Early Emotional Explorers Group

A gentle and engaging introduction to group therapy for our youngest participants. Using play, stories, and visual tools, children learn to recognize and express feelings, understand simple social dynamics, and begin practicing basic regulation skills. This group supports early emotional literacy and builds a foundation for confidence, communication, and empathy.

Creative Expression + Art Therapy Circles

These dynamic, creativity-centered groups use visual art, music, journaling, sculpture, and storytelling to help youth explore their emotions, develop self-awareness, and express identity in nonverbal ways. Through hands-on projects and group reflection, participants strengthen emotional regulation, resilience, and personal voice while building confidence in a supportive and imaginative environment.
